In a rigorous testing regimen of over 450 individual tracking runs, we measured:
The mouse and mouse pad are kept in the horizontal default state to ensure that the two are flat and without gaps. Control the motor to make the bottom platform drop horizontally within the range of 0~5mm.
And run the mouse trajectory tracking test program multiple times with 0.1mm as the step unit until the mouse cannot complete the test. At this time, the height is the real L00 of the mouse.Mouse running tracking trajectory test.
Use automated equipment to fix the mouse to make precise movements of a fixed distance, detect the movement ratio factor, and collect movement data. Each test position is tested and sampled 10 times in a row.
And the average of the measured dpi of each position is calculated, and then the ratio is calculated with the theoretical DPI value of the corresponding position. The closer the ratio is to 1:1, the better.
The automatic machine simulates the manual operation mode, through the combination of program and high-precision motor software and hardware,controls the mouse to move on the mouse pad according to the programmed trajectory (circle, straight line).
And performs graded tests with different DP1s at different running speeds, and captures the X and Y axis positioning data of each test point for multiple times for screening and analysis.
By comparing the deviation value of the actual movement of the cursor and the mouse, the precise difference between different mice is obtained, reflecting the advantages and disadvantages and strengths and weaknesses.
Consistency Under Speed: High-speed movements at various IPS (inches per second) to simulate rapid swipes and flicks.
